UP is a space created for teens like you; we support teens in exploring the issues that matter to you. At Up you will be supported in exploring who you are and have the opportunity to explore and practice skills essential when navigating adolescence both individually and with teens your age.

You will learn skills to:

  • Enhance well-being
  • Manage Stress in healthy ways
  • Increase happiness 
  • Explore who you are; your beliefs, values and morals
  • Increase healthy and effective communication with your parents
  • Develop healthy and fulfilling relationships with friends and resolve conflicts appropriately
  • Build positive relationships with others; teachers, extended family members, ect.
  • Develop and use effective assertiveness skills
  • Learn effective communication skills

UP offers you a space where you can be yourself, find answers to your questions; nurture your talents and develop tools to deal with life’s challenges, nurture and heal your heart after experiencing a tremendous loss, and identify if your relationship with drugs and alcohol constitutes an addiction.
