In PCIT the therapist trains the parents through a one way mirror (with a special hearing aid) to master the most important parenting skills for children from 2 to 9 years old. PCIT offers the necessary tools, as well as training, to enhance parenting skills.

PCIT offers parents real-life training of specific strategies to promote the social-emotional development of their child as well as strategies to implement positive discipline at home.
